METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

  • Colissimo home: 48-72 hours
  • Mondial Relay: approximately 3 to 5 working days

OVERSEAS:

  • Colissimo: 6 to 8 working days

EUROPE:

  • Colissimo: 3 to 8 working days
  • Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 working days

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Colissimo International: 8 to 15 working days

Please note that this deadline may be extended by customs procedures, the price does not include customs fees.

If you wish to return items, you have fourteen days from the date of receipt to return the products ordered.
We do not exchange items, we accept returns only for refund.
Reimbursement will be made on the merchandise only, excluding initial shipping costs.
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: client@offka.co in order to inform us of your return and obtain the necessary information.
 
We only ask that the following conditions be met:

- items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any other way

- the items must be in their original packaging, with labels and hygienic protection intact.

 

OFFKA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in the event that the conditions previously mentioned are not respected.
This refusal of withdrawal for non-compliance with hygiene rules is based on legal bases, namely those of article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code which provides for the following elements: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

We leave it to you to choose your carrier for yourself. However, be sure to keep proof of parcel delivery provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.
