Free delivery on orders over €150 in mainland France.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

  • GLS Relay Point: 24-72 working hours.
  • GLS home delivery: 24-72 business hours.

OVERSEAS:

  • Colissimo: 6 to 8 business days

EUROPE:

  • Colissimo: 3 to 8 business days

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Colissimo International: 8 to 15 business days

Please note that this timeframe may be extended by customs procedures; the price does not include customs fees.

Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer refunded.

If you wish to return items, you have fourteen days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products.
We do not offer exchanges; we only accept returns for refunds.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the buyer for all sums paid. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: client@offka.co To inform us of your return and download the return form, click here.
It is important to include the return form so that the return can be processed correctly.
We only ask that the following conditions be met:

- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any other way

- Items must be in their original packaging, with labels and hygiene protection intact.

- Returns to collection points are not accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect parcels from collection points due to the number of returns we process daily.

OFFKA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the aforementioned conditions are not met.
This refusal of withdrawal for non-compliance with hygiene rules is based on legal grounds namely those of article L.221-28 of the consumer code which provides the following: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

You are free to choose your own carrier. However, please ensure you keep the proof of postage provided by your carrier. Without this proof, no refund can be issued in the event of a lost package.
