Free delivery for purchases over €150 in mainland France.

OVERSEAS:
- Colissimo: 6 to 8 business days
INTERNATIONAL:
- Colissimo International: 8 to 15 business days
EUROPE:
- Colissimo: 3 to 8 business days
Please note that this period may be extended by customs procedures, and the price does not include customs fees.
Delivery times are given for information only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

RETURNS
In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
We do not process item exchanges: returns are accepted for refunds only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label will be sent to you after your request has been validated. An amount of €4.99 corresponding to the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
To submit your return or withdrawal request:
Log in to your customer account and access your order, then click on "Request a return".
Once your request has been processed, you will receive the necessary instructions for your return.

The return form must be legibly completed, sent by return email, and placed inside your package so that your return can be properly identified and processed.
