RETURNS
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
We do not process item exchanges: returns are accepted for refunds only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label will be sent to you after your request has been validated. A fee of €4.99 corresponding to return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
To request a return or withdrawal:

The return form must be filled out legibly, sent back by email, and placed inside your package so that your return can be correctly identified and processed.
